Illustration for Coca-Cola Real Magic Campaign to celebrate the Hung Kings Festival in Vietnam. It is a widely celebrated festival from the 8th to the 11th day of the third lunar month to honor the original founders of the country, the Hùng Kings or Hùng Vương in Vietnamese. Bánh chưng (the green square chưng cake) and bánh giầy (the white chewy round cake usually eaten with pork paste – giò/chả lụa) are two traditional foods for this festival. Both made from rice, the square cake represents the earth with green paddy fields while the round cake represents the white sky above. Together they brings harmony of the universe.
